The driving force and strategist behind Hanlon Industries, Paul is driven to succeed and loves nothing better than a challenge.  The words ‘no’ and ‘can’t’ don’t come into his vocabulary so he is always ready for new and exciting opportunities.  His first love however is his family so to have them working alongside him in the business makes him a proud and happy man.

General Manager

Teresa is Paul’s life and business partner and has worked with Paul across numerous businesses since they first met back in the 80s.  Teresa has balanced family, business and her own career for over 20 years enabling her to develop strong managerial skills and a broad business knowledge.  Teresa and Paul often laugh about being ‘yin and yang’ or as Paul says ‘zing and zang’ whatever it is...it seems to work.

NSW & QLD General Manager

A boilermaker by trade, a project manager and at the helm of our Sydney operations, Hugh has been instrumental in our successful move into Sydney.  Working closely with our clients and building a team of experienced tradespeople, he is the man on the ground in NSW.  As a result of his commitment  and passion he is quickly growing our NSW client base.

Tom commenced work with Hanlons as a trade assistant when he was 15 years old. He has completed his Bachelor in Civil Engineering and Certificate 4 in WHS.

Workshop Supervisor

Mick has been with Hanlons since late 2012 and it didn’t take long to realise he was the guy we needed to supervise the workshop. Responsible for ensuring the guys on the floor meet quality, safety and delivery standards he is kept on his toes. His great passion though is teaching the apprentices their trade and shows great patience and professionalism in doing so.

In 2013 Elly completed her Commerce degree at Deakin University majoring in HR and Marketing. Elly has since completed her Certificate 4 in WHS, Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment, Mental Health First Aid Course and Level 2 First Aid Course.

Keir O'Donnell

Project Manager

Keir is a chippie by trade but can turn his hand to most things. Keir leads many of our key projects on site and his attention to detail ensures he has the respect of all who work with him.

Matt Talarico

NSW Project Manager

With a steady growing client base in NSW and heaps of jobs on the go, it was time to get ourselves a gun Project Manager to work with our team in our Botany office.  Matt joined our team in June 2015 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge.  He has successfully completed an electrical apprenticeship before going on to study civil engineering.  His personal attributes coupled with his qualifications ensure he provides our clients, suppliers and team with the highest level of service.

Anthony Aitken

Finance Manager

Hanlon’s prides itself on its reputation for providing expert and personal friendly service and Anthony certainly meets this category.  With multiple degrees in Commerce and Accounting and over 20 years work experience in Manufacturing Financial Control he is an asset as our Finance Manager and an integral part of our admin team.  He has a strong community and volunteering participation commitment. Just don’t speak ill of his beloved Geelong Cats.

An integral part of developing our team and sustaining dedicated and qualified employees is our apprenticeship program. We currently employee two apprentices in the Engineering – Fabrication Trade 3 stream.
