About Hanlon

Hanlon Industries was established in 2000 and continues to be an independent, family owned and family run enterprise. This combined with our experienced, dedicated team of professionals means we can tailor our services and customise delivery to suit each and every client’s specific needs. Hanlons specialise in steel fabrication, mechanical manufacturing and maintenance, commercial building and equipment and labour hire.

Our head office and heavy manufacturing base is in North Geelong, and it is from here that we service clients and client sites in the Geelong region, intrastate and interstate. In April 2013, as a direct result of demand, we commenced operating from our new workshop in Botany NSW. The expansion of our operations into NSW has been extremely successful and we continue to experience solid growth. As our industry reputation has grown rapidly, we have remained steadfast to our values and our vision.

Our Values

Hanlon Industries is committed to providing a safe and stimulating work environment that is family-orientated. Our Community

At Hanlon Industries, we proudly support the Geelong region through our community partnerships.

Give Where You Live (formerly United Way Geelong).

We encourage each of our employees to contribute a weekly payroll deduction to GWYL. We match their donations dollar for dollar, meaning we contribute significant dollars to GWYL for distribution into the Geelong regional community, supporting those at educational, financial and health disadvantage. In 2014 we also had one of our employees participate in the GWYL Loaned Executive Program.

Barwon Health Foundation

Our General Manager, Teresa Hanlon, is an active member of the Barwon Health Foundation Committee which assists Barwon Health in achieving world class health standards through fundraising and philanthropy.  The current hospital appeal is #projectlove which is raising funds for the Andrew Love Cancer centre redevelopment.  We support many of the fundraising initiatives including the naming rights of a major event "Hanlon Industries Light Up the Green" which raised over $22k in it's 2015 inaugraul year.

Bell Park Sport and Recreation Club.

Hanlon Industries is a Gold sponsor of the club which won the 2011 Senior Premiership in the Geelong Football League.
